For more than 25 years, he and his family have run a successful Lewisville restaurant serving up Italian fare and plenty of “How ya Doing?” conversations along the way. He’s watched kids grow up, welcomed new families, and seen up close what makes Lewisville special. Hardworking people who look out for each other and take pride in where they live.
And yes, Lewisville has grown fast. With that growth comes the stuff everyone feels like more traffic, real safety concerns, higher costs, and the worry that we could lose the neighborhood feel that makes Lewisville home. Adrian is stepping up because he believes this chapter matters and the people who live here should be the ones steering what happens next, not rushed decisions or outside interests.
Service is kind of Adrian’s “default setting.” Owning an independent restaurant teaches you to listen first, solve problems quickly, stay on budget, and treat everyone with respect, because trust isn’t a slogan, it’s earned one interaction at a time. That same mindset guides his work as Chairman of the Lewisville 2035 Vision Plan, where he helps bring residents into the conversation and works with city leadership to plan the future with the community’s voice front and center.

He believes leadership should be proactive, practical, and people driven by listening more than you talk, keep your cool, and do the work even when it’s not flashy.
